AUTHOR TALK “SOMETHING TO BE THRILLED ABOUT”
March 13, 2020, 3-5 pm
Greer Hendricks & Sara Pekkanen
We are thrilled to announce three wonderful writers who will join us for the 13th of March as our speakers for a Thriller of an Author Talk on March 13 from 3-5 pm.
We will present St. Martin’s Press best selling authors Greer Hendricks and Sarah Pekkanen, whose books, The Wife Between Us and An Anonymous Girl were instantly on the NYTimes Best Seller list. They’ are on tour for their newest book, You Are Not Alone. The two write their thrillers together, and will talk about this interesting approach to collaborative writing.
Also joining us is local author Diane Ketcham, former NYT columnist and rave review author of mysteries. Ketcham is a novelist and former columnist for The New York Times. Her novel, The Vanishing A-list was the winner of two national mystery/suspense awards. Her novel Naples: Paradise Can Be Deadly also received enthusiastic reviews.
The authors will be available from 2:15 to 3 pm to sign books and meet everyone. Wine and light appetizers are included!
Unlike other book talks in a room of 500+ people, we invite you to our intimate and surroundings for a special afternoon hearing from the authors as they share their writing process.
This registration is for NON-MEMBERS only. If you are a NWC member, please sign in and register via the member’s area calendar.
One of the signature projects of the Naples Woman’s Club is our scholarship program. We are so proud of our thriving students and our ability to help them achieve a degree or certification. We provide one year and four year scholarships for youth and for mature women each year. Programs in traditional academics or technical degrees are considered for awards. Aspiring students should contact Scholarship Connector (www.swflscholarships.org) and search for the several Naples Woman’s Club Scholarships. Please watch this video to learn more about our Scholarship recipients and our program.
