Flea Market

October 23, 9am--3pm

January 30, 9am--3pm

For years, the Naples Woman’s Club has held a Flea Market at the Clubhouse and parking lot. NWC members along with community members have donated countless objects of clothing, housewares, electronics, toys, and much more. All items are sold to support the charitable activities of the club. Items that remain are donated to the Shelter for Abused Women and Children’s Options Thrift Store. Attendance is free.

Non-profit organizations are offered the opportunity to have tables in the parking lot for a small fee. For inquiries, contact Nancy Herbert, Chair at nherbert26@gmail.com

Scholarship Reception

Due to the restrictions of the Pandemic, the Education and Libraries Committee held its first virtual scholarship reception via Zoom on Sunday, May 17, 2020. Committee Members and donors participated by introducing each scholarship recipient. The recipients then shared  their high school, future education plans, and potential career plans. We were all extremely happy we could honor our scholarship recipients during this most challenging of times. This year, we will hold another virtual scholarship reception unless circumstances change, and we are able to safely hold our normal in-person scholarship reception, which includes families and guests as well as Committee members, donors and scholarship recipients.

Artisan Marketplace

November 4, 5, 6, 9am--4pm

Each year the Naples Woman’s Club presents the Artisan Marketplace featuring talented artisans and their wares for sale. Included will be pottery, paintings, textiles, jewelry, clothing and accessories, and more! Enjoy shopping for donated items. One man’s treasurer is another man’s heart. The event is held at the Clubhouse at 570 Park Street. Admission is free. Proceeds from sales will benefit the Naples Woman’s Club Arts College Scholarship Fund. Admission is free and open to the public.

Empowering Women Luncheon

November 17, 11:30-1:30

Over 10 years ago the Empowering Women's Committee started with a gift of $500 in memory of Dora Valentine, a long time member and supporter of mature women who needed financial assistance in furthering their education. The initiative has grown and now the Club has funded several scholarships for mature women through donations and by hosting a very special luncheon at Windstar Country Club.  Speakers include the scholarships recipients. Members of the public are invited to join us, and the net proceeds will benefit the mature women scholarship program.

Culinary Adventure

Jan 26, Feb 23, Mar 23, 2022

The second Culinary Adventure That Gives Back will be held in January, February and March of 2022.   Join us for one or all of three exciting small table luncheons presented by 16+ of Naples best restaurants and chefs.  Each luncheon, with no more than 16-20 guests, will feature a three-course meal, wine and special interaction and presentations by the chef, creating a memorable experience for the guests. Guests don’t find out where they are going until they get a personal invitation from the chef for an adventure that promises to fun!

This program was developed as a way to support the many restaurants who make Naples very special and and to provide grants to community agencies that are addressing the serious food insecurity that many Collier County residents are experiencing.

Tickets go on sale in the fall online on our website. Opportunities for sponsorship for this event are still available; contact Stacy Vermylen at stacynwcmail@gmail.com for details.
