The Naples Woman’s Club is a membership-based non-profit organization, open to any adult woman in Naples. We give our time, talent and treasure to enrich the lives of others in our community. NWC is aligned with a sister organization the Naples Junior Woman’s Club, and we sponsor the NWC Juniorettes, a group of teen volunteers.
At this time we are accepting new members.
This is how the membership process works:
We have 2 orientation teas per year in November and January. A prospective member must attend one orientation tea. At the Teas a prospective member gets more information about volunteer committees and meets other members of the club. At this time or even before the tea a prospective member is given a link to go onto our website and fill in the application and pay the application fee.
After a prospective member completes the application and attends the orientation Tea the Prospective member’s application is put before the NWC Board for a vote as part of the membership process.
All of our members must commit to working on one but no more than two committees per year.
We encourage anyone with interest in joining our organization to email NaplesWCmembership@gmail.com for more information to sign up for the next orientation tea.
Monthly meetings are held on the second Wednesday of the month from October through April. We do not host General Meetings from May through September. Prospective members may attend as guests. For information on how to attend you may send an email to the email above. Guests are welcome at any General Meeting, except those held in January and February; unfortunately at the height of season we cannot accommodate guests.
Membership in the Naples Woman’s Club also includes membership in the General Federation of Women’s Clubs (GFWC) and GFWC Florida.
Please note: The NWC Bylaws prohibit members from using their Club membership to promote their business or services, and members may not be hired by the Club for services. Furthermore, the NWC Membership Directory is available for members only and is considered confidential.
