I feel honored to be Member of the Month( MOM)
Most of you know me, but for those who don’t, I’m from Baltimore, Maryland where I had an amazing life and 48 year medical career.
My love for helping people and community started in junior high where I was President of the Red Cross. In high school I was President of the Health Careers Club and won a scholarship.
I started X-Ray school in 1969, 2 weeks after graduation.
I served on the board of the Jewish Big Brothers and Sisters and was the youngest board member. I became a wish granter for Make-A-Wish.
My career in radiology gave me the opportunity to meet many people! I became friends with lots of famous international people and royalty!( lots of stories to tell)
I retired in May 2017 from Johns Hopkins Hospital and came down to Naples to be with some family members!
Now I’m the Art Consultant at Eydel Fine Arts, a job that I love.
I couldn’t wait to join NWC when I heard about it at work in 2017.
I feel so blessed to work with such fabulous, fundraising women at the club! I’m on the board and co-chair Art & Culture Committee and Artisan Marketplace.
I’m a mom, mother-in-law and grandma to Ruby & Sunny, whom I adore! They reside in NJ.
In my spare time, I talk a lot(lol), laugh a lot and enjoy the company of all the incredible new friends I have met!
I love Naples, I love my friends and I love life!
