Kimberly (Kim) Babcock has a diverse business and career background. Upon her graduation from Dickinson College in 1985, she began her business career at Manufacturers Hanover Leasing Company. After three years in the banking industry she moved on to help start a family business, Leverte Associates, a pharmaceutical and medical advertising agency. There she focused, first on client relations, then grew into the role of Vice President of Operations. In leading operations, she was responsible for payroll, billing, HR, client relations, etc. While working full time in leadership at Levere Associates, she also earned an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pace University.
While maintaining a leadership role at Leverte Associates, Kim married her husband Dave and became a mother to three children, Stephanie, Alyssa and Rob. She learned how to balance leadership roles with family commitments; a charge she excelled at. Eventually she was able to take a break and enjoy being an at-home mom for a few years while the children were young. During this time, Kim continued to excel at leadership roles for many non-profit organizations including Girl Scouts as Troop Leader bringing a group of girls from kindergarten all the way through seniors in high school. She also served as Treasurer of several boards including Christ Church Nursery School and the Easton PTA, parent coach for the high school fundraisers for the Norma Phreim Breast Cancer Center, as well as teaching Religious Education for many years. In addition, she enjoyed helping coach her children in a variety of sports.
After several years at home, Kim returned to the business world taking on the role of V.P. of Operations at Right at Home, Darien, a top branded home care agency. In this role, Kim was responsible for all operations including payroll, financials,leading the scheduling team, leading HR, OSHA regulations, state filings and caregiver training to name a few.
Kim is committed to her family, but also enjoys serving with others to help the less fortunate and giving back. Her leadership style is that of a team leader who is immersed in what the team is working on. She has an easy personality and gets along with people from all walks of life.
